Portuguese Military Cemetery

Relating to the 4th Ypres in 1918. The Portuguese troops had little political support at home, were badly equipped, and uniforms that were easily confused with those of the Germans. Of a force of 20 thousand men, they suffered over 7 thousand casualties.
