The message of prayer has been a constant in the recent days and with the heavy news. To look up to Divine and within myself to assist in the flow of the coming changes in humanity. To choose the higher road for all of the Mother Earth and her inhabitants.
Were we not made special? To love, forgive, and care for ourselves, our loved ones, those different than us, our enemies, and the rest of the inhabitants of Mother Earth? Instead of draining each other dry, sharing the warmth of peace and gratitude with each other and nature. Respect each other and our differences, and find a way to make it work together for ourselves, each other, the land, oceans, the sky and their animal children?
Give thanks that we still have the ability to make these changes for the rest of humanity and the world so that we may live in better harmony than yesterday. Have we really forgotten to do these things?
I'm not perfect, but I am trying to do what is best, not just for myself. But Everyone else that comes within my life. I leave you with today's devotional.
"I am the god of all time and all that is. Seek me not only in morning quietness, but consistently throughout the day. Do not unexpected problems disgrace you from my presences. Instead, talk with me about everything, and watch confidently to see what I will do.
Adversity need not interrupt your communion with me. When things go 'wrong', you tend to rect as if you're being punished. Instead of this negative response, try to view difficulties as blessings in disguise. Make me your refugee by pouring out your heart to me, trusting in me at all times"
