NGC 7023

NGC 7023 better known as the Iris Nebula, is a bright reflection nebula in the constellation Cepheus. The NGC 7023 designation is technically the open cluster in the triangular open area to the lower left of the bright blue area, which is actually LBN 487. The nebula is surrounded by lots of dark clouds of dust and molecular gas.
