Requirement 2- Blurred Foreground

I used a fairly small shutter speed to capture the action of the shot. The bright light from the clouds helped to blur the foreground. Additionally, this was accomplished through manually focusing on the bushes in the background before taking the photo. I took multiple pictures, slightly altering my position for each until I achieved the desired effect. ISO was reduced due to the natural brightness and to cope for the short shutter speed.
