Black Falcon Elite Taskforce: New Recruits WIP.

Hailstorm: Lady of Ice. Has the ability to control Ice, she just needs a water source. Luckily, the sky is often full of water, so always expect a Hailstorm.
Lunar: An immortal Vampire. Lunar was on the Black Falcons wanted list, but due to maintaining a low profile, she was often used as an informant and left alone due to being a low risk threat. Due to the Black Falcons search for the Parallity Crystals, and Lunars extensive experience due to her immortal age, she was brought to HQ for questioning. Having initially refused to get involved in mortal affairs, General Mayhem cut a deal with her, one that saw her recruitment into the Black Falcon Taskforce and access to her knowledge on the Crystals. The terms of the deal made remain classified information with only Black Falcon top officers privy to the information. Upon recruitment, she was issued a ‘Daywalker’ suit, allowing her to walk in sunlight without turning to dust.
