Logan

So, I wasn't really fan of my original Logan, so I wanted to remake him. It kinda got out of hand...

 

So, I'll try to talk about very thing, but i I might forget something.

 

So the first hairpiece, was sculpted on top of a Widows peak, washed in grays and browns. The other is sleepy hair, which was heavily sanded on the top and sides, washed in the same colours.

 

The full bearded head was Bilbo Baggins, with painted details, and sculpted beard (washed in same colours as hair). I really like the likeness. The mutton-chops head was a Thorin head, with painted details and sculpted muttonchops.

 

The torsos...

The first I made was the tank top, which was washed in watered down brown (for dirt) and red (for blood).

 

The dress shirt torso is completely based off of Lego Wolf 42299's design,

 

The back shirt is pretty simple, and he wears it after the casino, until the farm fight scene.

 

The buttoned up blue shirt was worn after Laura drives him to the doctors, again, pretty simple.

 

And the black shirt with the blue shirt on top is Moose Fig's idea that he used for his Heath Ledger Joker

 

All of the 3D jackets/shirts were made from cape madness AR jackets/Trench coats.

 

I only made 2 different legs.

 

Both were dark grey, washed in there respective colours, to give that jean material effect. I washed the blue jeans in red for blood, and added some rips.

 

And finally, the claws.

 

So the claws are my own idea, I used a paper clip, and melted it into the plastic of the hand. This makes it more sturdy and gives that illusion that its coming out of the hand.

 

Overall I love this fig final result. Probably one of my favorites. After seeing Logan, I decided I was going to also re-do Laura, make Donald Pierce, make Dr. Ryce, make Caliban, make X-24, and maybe other characters, but that's probably it.
