A1: Great Stellated Sonobe-Ow Dodecahedron, "Copenhagen" (designed by me)

The modules for this are a hybrid Sonobe-Ow style unit. It results in a blend of wire frame and kusudama style modulars. The idea for this came about from a "what if..." conversation with my sister during a little creative block - hence the new series name. The interesting thing about Copenhagen is Sonobe and ow ends work on different sides of a standard cupboard base. This allows for alternating convexities and concavities. I think there is a whole family of models that could be made using this sort of paradigm - interlinking, interweaving etc. In subsequent attempts I'd probably use a thicker paper, as kami felt a bit loose.
