WR 4246 | Heerlen

In september 1978 NS (Nederlandse Spoorwegen, Railways in the Netherlands) introduced a 'fast' and comfortable train between Heerlen in the southeast of the country, and The Hague. The NS rented Corail coaches from the SNCF and used a WR-coach for the catering. The train made a round trip a day from monday to friday starting in Heerlen.

Astra in Romania has built WR 4246 in 1943.
