Qly, 1st and 4th,Argent on a chevron sable three plates(Round), 2nd and 3rd, Qly, Argent and azure in chief two sinister hands couped erect countercharged and in base two human legs couped above the knee erect chountercharged, and in fess point a human heart gules(Creffield_, in centre chief a crescent for cadency, impaling, Argent thee cinquefoils sable(Borthwick).

Crest: A lion couchant argent.

Mantling; Gules and argent.

Motto: Esse quam videri.
