Countess`s coronet.

Mantle: Gules and ermine.

Motto: A deo et rege.

Supporters: Dexter, A talbot ermine. Sinister, A wolf or langued gules ducally crowned azure. Each charged on the shoulder with a crescent azure.

For Louisa, dau. and sole heiress of the Hon. Henry Grenville, who m. 1781, as his 2nd wife, Charles, Viscount Stanhope(later 3rd Earl).

Died: 6 Mar 1829.

For Margaret Eleanora, dau. of Joseph Banks, of Revesby Abbey, who m. 1775, the Hon. Henry Grenville.
