Qly, 1st and 4th, Azure a chevron between three lion` heads erased or(Wyndham), 2nd and 3rd, Argent a sun in splendour gules(Hearst), impaling, Per fess argent and sable a pale countercharged and three horses` heads erased sable, on a chief ermine two bombs or fired proper(Slade).

Crests: dexter, A lion`s head erased within a fetterlock or. Sinister, The sun rising from behind a grove of trees proper.

Mantling: gules and argent.

Motto: Au bon droit.

For Wadham Wyndham, of the College, Salisbury, M.P, for Wilts, who m. Anne Eliza, dau. of Lieut-General Slade.
