Qly, 1st and 4th, Sable two lions passant paly of six argent and gules(Strangways), 2nd and 3rd, Ermine on a chevron azure three foxes heads erased or, on a canton azure a fleur-de-lys or (Fox), impaling, to dexter, Per pale gules and sable three lions passant guardant in pale or(O`Grady), and to sinister, Qly, 1st and 4th, Azure a fleur-de-lys argent(Digby), 2nd and 3rd, Argent a saltire gules(Fitzgerald).

Earl`s coronet.

Crest: On a chapeau azure and ermine a fox sejant or.

Motto: Faire sans dire.

Supporters: Two foxes, the dexter ermine fretty or collared dovetailed sable flory or; the sinister proper collared as dexter.

For Henry Thomas, 2nd Earl of IIchester, who m. 1st, 1772, Mary Theresa(d. 14 June 1790), dau. of Standish O`Grady, and 2nd, 1794, Maria(d. 23 Sept 1842), dau. of the Very Rev, and Hon, William Digby, Dean of Durham.
