Dexter, within the Garter, Qly of seven, 1st, Vert on a cross argent five roundels gules(Grenville), 2nd, Or an eagle displayed sable(Leofic), 3rd, Argent two bars sable each charged with three martlets or(Temple), 4th Hidden, 5th, Ermine two bars gules(Nugent), 6th, Or a pile gules(Chandos), 7th, Argent on a cross sable a leopard`s face or(Brydes).

Sinister, within an ornamental wreath, as dexter, but 4th quarter, Gules on a chevron three lions rampant sable(Cobham).

In pretence: Qly of eight,1st and 8th(Brydes), 2nd, Or a saltire and a chief gules, on a canton argent a lion rampant azure(Bruce), 3rd, Qly, i & iv, Or on a pile gules between six fleur-de-lys azure three lions of England(Seymour Augmentation), ii & iii, Gules two wings conjoined in lure tips downwards or(Seymour), 4th, Barry of six argent and azure in chief three roundels gules(Grey), 5th, Argent four bars gules over all a lion rampant or(Brandon), 6th and 7th, Qly, France and England..

All on a mantle gules and ermine.
