Sable a fess between three mascles argent(Whitaker), impaling Azure(should be vert) a chevron embattled counter- embattled or(Hale).

Crests: to dexter of lozenge, A horse proper hoofed argent. to sinister, A sheaf of five arrows, points downwards argent.

Skull above.

For Ann Hale, who m. Charles Whitaker, Serjeant-at-law, Recorder of Ipswich, M.P. for Ipswich, 1701, 1702.

Buried St Nicholas, Ipswich 30 May 1722.
