Dexter background black.

Within the Order of the Bath, on a mantle gules and ermine, Qly, 1st and 4th, qly i, & iv. Gules three pierced cinquefoils ermine(Hamilton), ii & iii, Argent a lymphad sails furled sable(Arran), 2nd and 3rd, Argent a heart gules ensigned with an imperial crown proper on a chief azure three molets argent(Douglas).

Crest: From a ducal coronet or an oak tree vert fructed or and penetrated transversely in the main stem by a frame saw proper.

Mottoes: (above crest) Through. (below shield) Sola nobilitat virtus.

Supporters: Two antelopes argent each ducally gorged, chained and unguled or, and charged on the shoulder with a molet or.
