Argent fretty azure each interlacing charged with a bezant, on a canton gules a leopard`s head erased or(Lowndes, no molet), impaling, Argent a bend between two lions rampant sable(Osbourne).

Crest: A leopard`s head erased or gorged with a laurel branch proper.

Mantling: Gules and argent.

Motto: Resurgam.

For William Lowndes, of Chesham, Commissioner of Excise, who m. 1771, Lydia Mary, dau. of Robert Osbourne, Commissioner of the Navy.
