Argent a fess between three pheons sable(Rowden), impaling Argent two lions passant guardant sable, on a chief indented sable three covered cups or(Wetherell).

Mantling: Gules and argent. Sprays of leaves, tied with a bow of gold ribbon, flanking shield. Cherub`s head above.

For Elizabeth, dau. of the Very Rev. Nathan Wetherell, who m. 1812, as his 1st wife, the Rev Edward Rowden, Vicar of Highworth.

Died 9 Sept 1825 aged 36
