Petrified

Part of 'Mindscapes', my series of themed gardens, this work steps slightly out of the comfort zone to explore "petrified" in more than one context.

 

Many of the LEGO elements used to form the foliage were deliberately selected for the juxtaposition which arises from their more common applications.

 

Created in April 2024, the piece took four days to complete and is comprised of 1,231 elements.
