Ex-LB&SCR B4X No. 2056 at London Bridge Station c.1935

Taken from a print in my collection, no further details known.

LBSCR class B4, built by Sharp Stewart entering service as 56 ROBERTS July 1901. Rebuilt as shown as a B4X August 1923. Became SR B56, later 2056. Withdrawn October 1951 not taking up allocated number 32056.
