Union Station in Downtown Denver, a huge expansion project equaling 14 blocks making this area, once an amtrak station, to a major transportation hub for Amtrak, RTD buses and Lightrail,plus a new commuter rail for Denver and taxis, along with a new office tower and condos and restaurants. It is part of the Fastrax project with the primary phase scheduled for completion by 2016.
