Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) Ford F-150 - Ex-FDOT CVE Unit
A Ford F-150 of the Florida Highway Patrol located at the turnpike headquarters near Lake Worth in Palm Beach County, Florida. The truck is an extremely rare unit, being one of, at most, three or four in the entire state of Florida. The vehicle has all blue lighting and was refitted after the FDOT's commercial vehicle enforcement subdivision was assimilated into the FHP and the officers became state troopers. My guess is that the vehicle would contain a scale in the bed or the standard gear the rest of the troopers' vehicles carry.
