Ratcliffe power station is I believe one of only two coal fired power stations still in use within the UK

Soon to be decommissioned starting later this year and only on demand in the winter, I thought it was now or never to try and catch the vapour trails from the cooling towers. Having never been or seen the power station and a detour on the way to Snowdonia we fudged about in the dark until we got here.
