'87 Ellert in scale 1:20
Building instructions here: brickhub.org/i/264
Ask any Danish person about Danish cars, and the 'Ellert' is the first they will mention. The 'Ellert', or 'CityEl', or 'Mini-El' is not even a car, but rather a 'cabinet scooter'. Even so, it is the pride of the Danish automotive industry.
When it was introduced to the market in 1987 it had a top speed rated at 39km/h. The reason being that any car driving on the Danish highways has to be able to achieve a minimal speed of 40km/h and you do not want to see an Ellert on the highway!
