Coca Cola Truck - With SBrick

I't time to update the Coca Cola Truck (Coke Truck?). First step was to rebuild it and replace the two PF controllers in the truck with an SBrick. Second step will be a complete rebuild of the trailer so that building instructions can be made accessible. I want to transform the truck into a scale model as well. Should it be a Freightliner, Mack, Peterbilt, or something else?
