Empowerment Sculpture, Lincoln

...over the River Witham, by Stephen Broadbent, installed in 2002. We did a day trip to Lincoln by train from Nottingham. Had coffee at 200 Degrees, near the station, and had lunch at Elite on the Bail, Bailgate (near the Cathedral). The timber-framed building on top of the ancient bridge is Stokes High Bridge Café.
