Here is the best video I've found which shows you how to use Hispamatic, by Annabel Williams. The combo I used here was the Pablo Mark I lens and the Delaunay 1941 film ...

I edited the image in Topaz Studio, using the "Painting by Numbers" pre-set, and then I blended the result with the original using an opacity slider in Topaz. Easy-peasy :-)
