Ballast move on Raton

The sound of EMD and GE freight power fills the air as an eastbound BNSF empty ballast train throttles up at East Raton and begins the climb over Raton Pass. The train is heading back to La Junta, CO to tie up for the day after working around the Springer, NM area on the Raton Subdivision.
