Raton Pass

An eastbound BNSF empty ballast train works through the curves at Gallinas in Raton Pass as it heads back to La Junta, CO to tie up for the day after dumping most of its load around the Springer, NM area on the Raton Subdivision. With a bit of imagination this could almost pass for another coal move off the York Canyon branch. Hopefully BNSF doesn't give up on Raton Pass just yet. Only time will tell!
