Take back control

Sometimes life is hard, especially if you are anxious where your body reads this as anger because you are in "fight or flight" mode.

Take your time and use your breath. Breathe in for 7 seconds through the nose and out for 11 seconds through the mouth ❤️ . You can stop a panic/anxiety attack when you recognise your triggers. It does take time and practice but it is worth it when you can take back control.
