Forgot to post this #mealprep meal: chicken chili! 3 pounds of chicken (I used thighs and breasts), a can of diced tomatoes, a can of green chilies, chopped onion. Cumin, cayenne, adobo, garlic. All done in the crock pot. OMG. Spicy, so beware. But SO GO
