Joseph Roark_Hidden Silver_ Silver Temple, Ginkakuji, Japan

This temple is known colloquially as the Silver Pavilion and as a counterpart to the Golden Pavilion. I really liked how the temple is obscured by the trees slightly, as if it's shy and hiding. I think it contrasts well with the Golden Pavilion which is freely showing off it's majesty. This photo is more reserved, but still quite beautiful in it's simple elegance.
