José Espiau y Muñoz (Sevilla, 14 de noviembre de 1879 - 7 de mayo de 1938) fue un arquitecto español. Comenzó su labor como arquitecto en 1907. Realizó algunas obras modernistas en sus primeros años aunque poco después abandonó dicho estilo y toda su obra restante fue regionalista. Entre 1914 y 1922 realizó el edificio La Adriática, un inmueble regionalista con una cúpula en la avenida de la Constitución.
En esta ciudad hay una gran cantidad de inmuebles catalogados de este gran arquitecto que junto a Talavera Heredia y Aníbal González crearon y difundieron el estilo regionalista que tanto disfrutamos hoy en sus edificios.

He carried out some modernist works in his early years, although soon after he abandoned that style and all his remaining work was regionalist. Between 1914 and 1922 he built the La Adriatica building, a regionalist building with a dome on the Avenida de la Constitución.
In this city there are a large number of listed buildings by this great architect who, together with Talavera Heredia and Aníbal González, created and spread the regionalist style that we enjoy so much today in his buildings.
