Unrealistic
To focus on type of anxiety, GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder), it is one of the anxiety-based disorders that is most common with people around the world. People diagnosed with GAD often and persistently have unrealistic, troubling and over-processed thoughts. It is very hard to manage persistent thoughts and over time if not addressed, will become more unrealistic and crippling.
"Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) is characterized by persistent and excessive worry about a number of different things. People with GAD may anticipate disaster and may be overly concerned about money, health, family, work, or other issues. Individuals with GAD find it difficult to control their worry. They may worry more than seems warranted about actual events or may expect the worst even when there is no apparent reason for concern."
I have used a layering technique to visually show how anxious and unrealistic thoughts can look and feel like. It can be overwhelming, like 800 things are going through your mind at once.
