My Perfect Female...
Two Black Swallowtails (#116 & #117) decided to enjoy the last days of summer!!
A male that flew off right away and this gorgeous female that hung around for a photo shoot!!!
Here I thought they'd spend the winter with me!!!
Both swallowtails went into chrysalis on 8/31/2023... amazing how fast they can transform!!!
Sorry for posting so many.... but I couldn't decide and they didn't fit right in a collage!
