The Migrating Eggs Are Arriving....
My garden is buzzing with Monarchs and I'm being egg bombed daily!!!
As of August 1st, I have collected 162 eggs... these will be the Monarchs that take the long flight to Mexico... these Monarchs will live 8-9 months... the others that came earlier have a 2-6 week lifespan.

MILKWEED IS THE ONLY PLANT THE FEMALE WILL LAY HER EGGS ON AND THE ONLY PLANT THE CATERPILLARS WILL EAT...
