Prince Rupert's Tower (1 of 3)

A disused former village lock-up on Everton Brow, Liverpool. It was built in 1787 but its use to hold minor criminals overnight stopped in the 19th century. It is now associated with Everton Football Club and is image is featured on the club's crest.
