My final concept is coping with anxiety. The methods include picking at your finger nails, grabbing your jeans, biting your finger nails, closing your eyes while grabbing your head, and clicking a pen while working on homework. Without these methods, it can lead to people having anxiety attacks more often and not being able to focus at school if there is a lot on their minds.
The first picture is something that everyone does at some point during the day, everyone picks at their nails. The second photo isn't too common but it is done more than what people think, everyone just tries to hide it. Photo 3 happens very often when you are nervous or anxious, this is probably what everyone thinks when coping with it, but it actually doesn't happen as often. Photo 4 shoes how to calm down during an anxiety attack or if there is one coming on. This helps to just breathe and realize that you need to slow down. Photo 5, even though it's really annoying and distracting to others, it works about the best. The more you move and get sound just going and hearing it and making a tune to it sometimes.
