Day 20 - loveliness

I was definitely in need of a hug today, what with overthinking everything. Even though I am working hard at bopo and self love, self compassion is still lagging a bit.

As I don't know what the future is made of, in terms of job and relationships, I am grateful for family and friends.

I will have to hug and kiss them when I see them tomorrow!
