Laughing Kookaburra (Dacelo novaeguineae)

After walking Merlin and Morgan this morning I returned to the park with my camera to get some bird shots, luckily the kookaburras were about today. Although Kookaburras belong to the family of kingfishers they rarely eat fish and instead will eat mice, small reptiles, insects and the young of other birds.
