For the fang tutorial, use the polygonal lasso, and highlight the tooth. Then ctrl + c, and ctrl +v, to make a new layer. Then go to the free transform image, and click on perspective (or distort sometimes works better). Merge layers together, and use the clone stamp tool to soften the edges of the fang.
