What is true for PL is similarly true for E: 20-year-old cars are, of course, not driven as far and as often, apart from vintage car festivals. In the case of Spain, the relatively large distance to Leipzig is an additional factor. Since 2000 the Spanish plates are no longer coded, so it's even nicer for me if I can find such an old one after all.
