Isaac Devins, 1907-08

Isaac Devins began his career as a teacher, before turning to farming about 1901. He married Charlotte Capner and they had two sons, James and Albert, who lived on the family farm. Before being elected as reeve, Isaac Devins also served as Councillor and as a member of the Board of Health.
