Aug., 2018: Maple Senior Citizens Club fonds
Established in 1968, the Maple Senior Citizens' Club (M.S.S.C) was conceived as a social, philanthropic, and advocacy agency for seniors in the Maple area. Affiliated with the United Senior Citizens of Ontario, the club eventually disbanded in 1996 due to falling attendance. The fonds consists of 58.5cm of textual records and 400 photographs, including write-ups on the history and activities of the M.S.S.C. from 1968-1996, minutes, by-laws and correspondence, as well as financial and legal documents.
