Watson Family
William Watson and his wife emigrated to Canada in 1856. After first settling near Scarborough, they later relocated to Vaughan, settling on the east half of Lot 7, Concession 6 (near present day Pine Valley Drive and Centre Street ). This farm continued in family hands until 1962, when it was sold to become a weather station. Pictured above is Archie Watson in Highland costume.
