Macro Mondays "Hearts"

Ribbon threaded through a needle in the shape of a heart for the Macro Mondays "Hearts" challenge.

 

I made a heart shaped aperture to go over the front of the lens from cardboard to form the Heart shaped bokeh.

 

Yongnuo YN568EX-II Flash triggered with ETTL cord with octagon softbox camera left lighting the Ribbon.

Yongnuo YN500 with red flash gel behind ribbon lighting a piece of kitchen foil scrumpled up and then flattened out again to form the Bokeh Hearts behind. YN500 triggered via the YN568EX-II built in wireless trigger.

Both flashes were on manual as well as the camera.
