Castel Sant'Angelo - Rome

Not one of the prettiest buildings in Rome, Yet I had a crack at it trying to capture this old castle together with the bidge a cross the river in front of it.

 

I finally decided for a shot showing the wall on which i stabilized my camera, the road down a long the river and the castle in the distance giving a sence of safety as it guards over you.
