Walking on the clouds

Yesterday, I stumbled upon some honey bees (Apis mellifera) in the snow here in Finland. Unfortunately, only one remained alive. Their presence is notably early for this time of the year, and the weather is still too cold for them. Nevertheless, I have read that it is common for these bees to take cleansing flights, even in the middle of winter.
