Meine Erwartungen an mich selbst sind gross, oft zu gross. Ich versuche Dinge zu erreichen, die ich nicht kann und scheitere dann an mir selbst. Ich vergesse die kleinen Zwischenschritte die es braucht um zu wachsen. Die kleinen Schritte die mich zu meinem grossen Ziel bringen – und zu einem grösseren Ich.

My expectations of myself are big, often too big. I am trying to achieve things that I can not and fail on myself. I forget the small intermediate steps that it needs to grow. The small steps that bring myself to my big goal – and to a bigger myself.
