Mazar-i-Sharif Madrassah
Questa madrasa si trova a Khiva ed è stata eretta per ordine del figlio di Rahim Kuli Khan nel 1905.
L'ingresso alla madrasa è posto nella parete sud attraverso la galleria a cupola con un grande cortile ad arco. Ogni visitatore è stregato dalle maioliche uniche e dai mattoni smaltati che sono la decorazione principale del portale d'ingresso.
Rahim Kuli Khan aveva un figlio di nome Isa Tyurya, era hokim (sovrano) della città di Tashauz (ora in Turkmenistan). Costruì Madrasa nei pressi del mausoleo di Pahlavan Mahmud e gli diede il nome di Mazar Sharif.
This madrasah is located in Khiva and was erected by the order of Rahim Kuli Khan’s son in 1905.
Entrance to madrasah is laid in the south wall through the dome gallery with a large archway courtyard. Every visitor is bewitched by the unique majolica glazed bricks that are the main decoration of the entrance portal.
