Presentation of the winning truffles
The Trifola d'Or International Truffle Fair returned to Murisengo (Alessandria), in the heart of Monferrato, on 16 and 23 November 2025. This edition was called ‘international’ for the first time, but the spirit remained the same: a celebration of the white truffle (Tuber magnatum), its unmistakable aroma and the land that protects it. In the village at the foot of the castle, nestled in the hills of Piedmont, over a hundred stands were set up by truffle hunters, local producers and gourmets. The truffles, guaranteed by the National Truffle Research Centre in Alba, were the focus of tastings, award ceremonies and sensory seminars.

Die Internationale Trüffelmesse Trifola d'Or kehrte am 16. und 23. November 2025 nach Murisengo (Alessandria), im Herzen des Monferrato, zurück . Diese Ausgabe trug erstmals den Namen „international“, doch der Geist blieb derselbe: die Feier des weißen Trüffels (Tuber magnatum), seines unverwechselbaren Aromas und des Landes, das ihn schützt. In dem Dorf am Fuße der Burg, eingebettet in die Hügel des Piemont, präsentierten sich über hundert Stände von Trüffelsuchern, lokalen Produzenten und Feinschmeckern. Die vom Nationalen Trüffelforschungszentrum Alba garantierten Trüffeln standen im Mittelpunkt von Verkostungen, Preisverleihungen und sensorischen Seminaren.
